# Obsidian

### Overview

On the Mystic Craft server, **obsidian** is not completely indestructible. Unlike in standard Minecraft mechanics, obsidian blocks can **explode** under certain conditions, making base defenses more dynamic and strategic.

### How It Works

1. **Explosion Resistance:** While obsidian is more resistant than regular blocks, it has a **limited durability** against explosions.
2. **TNT & Explosives:** Obsidian will weaken when exposed to multiple explosions and eventually break.
3. **Explosion Counter:** Each obsidian block can withstand a specific number of explosions before it is destroyed.
4. **Automatic Regeneration:** If an obsidian block is not exposed to explosions for a certain period, its resistance resets.

### Strategic Use

* **Base Defense:** Players must reinforce their bases wisely, as obsidian alone will not make them invulnerable.
* **Raiding:** Attackers can use controlled explosions to break through obsidian walls over time.
* **Balancing:** This feature ensures that defensive structures remain strong but not completely impenetrable. Structure that are impossible to raid *SHOULD NOT EXIST!*
